Greenacre FAQ

We will receive a notification when you have submitted your booking request and we will respond to you within 12 hours to confirm if we can fulfill your request.

We are a family friendly business and have a selection of child seats and booster seats available at no additional cost.  Please specify the ages of children travelling in the additional information box so that we can add this to the booking.

Meeting at arrivals is standard at all UK airports, excluding Luton and Stansted (please see below for more details). Your driver will meet you in arrivals with a board displaying your name.

Luton and Stansted have dedicated drop-off and pick-up points.  We will be waiting nearby and ask that you let us know when you are heading to the pickup point so that we can make our way to meet you there.

If you would like to be greeted in arrivals at either Luton or Stansted, the additional charge of parking at the airport for up to 1 hour will be applied to your booking.

Your drivers name, contact number and vehicle details will be on your booking confirmation.  Please use these details to contact your driver in the first instance, or call 07555 70 78 48.

We ask for your flight number so that we can keep track of your expected arrival time so that we can meet you on time.

No payment is required at the time of making a booking request.  A booking confirmation will be sent within 12 hours of your booking request being received and will contain payment instructions if you wish to pay in advance.  Payment can also be made in the car by cash or card.  Payments made by card incur a 3% surcharge.
